Chrissy Teigen's Pasta Ban

Supermodel Chrissy Teigen has banned herself from eating pasta.

The 30-year-old is currently holidaying in Italy with crooner husband John Legend and their three-month-old daughter, Luna, but admits she's indulged in far too many carbs which are stopping her from losing her last bit of baby weight.

She tweeted "Ok time to stop eating pasta twice a day and simultaneously wondering why these last few won't come off."

But putting a self-imposed ban on the popular food isn't going to be easy. Asked by a follower asked what they can eat that still tastes as good as pasta, the 'Lip Sync Battle' star, replied: "Literally nothing."

It appears Teigen is somewhat of a pasta aficionado. Not only is she eating her fair share of it in Italy, but earlier this month, Chrissy - who has her own cookbook - took a pasta making class, which she documented on Snapchat.

One photo even showed a mound of flour with little Luna sleeping peacefully on the baby monitor in the background.

She wrote: "Making pasta with Luna."

The starlet has long been a keen advocate of healthy living, and has made no secret of her love of food, and last Christmas John bought her a cheese wheel for serving food.

Posting a picture of herself kissing John on the cheek as he held the gift, she wrote in the caption, "John got me my lifetime dream for Christmas.

"A cheese wheel to dump pasta and risotto in for years to come! My tableside serving game is bout to be liiiiiit! Heading out to relax with the fam now woohoo! (sic)"

The start then added another picture of the wheel in action.

She wrote: "If you haven't seen one of these wheels in action oh man, it is a thing a beauty. Hot pasta is tossed around, gently melting the cheese and plated right at your table. It makes me emotional (sic)"

Oh, Chrissy!
