1. Eat, eat and eat!

 You have to eat, and be sure to eat plenty.

 

It's common knowledge that if you want to lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. However, not eating is not the proper way to ensure a swift weight reduction. Our bodies are like cars, no gasoline in the tank means the car does not move. Food is our body's gasoline. Losing weight and building muscle is like driving on an obstacle course. You not only have to do the right kind of exercise, but you have to eat the right kind of foods. One missed turn and you crash. Exercise hard and your body burns more gas, you need to keep the tank filled or your body looks to muscle to provide the gas and this throws your metabolism off and there goes the engine.
